We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange. Additionally, if for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will exchange your purchase or issue a refund. If for any reason at all you are unsatisfied with an item you purchase, Black and Mixed Skin will make an exchange or refund the full purchase amount (but excluding any shipping and handling fees) if an item is returned within 7 days of the date purchased from the online store, or the date shipped to you. Any unwanted item may be returned within 7 working days from the day it was received if it is in new, unused, unopened and re-saleable condition.

Shipping and handling will only be refunded if the problem is the result of our error.

Return refunds can only be made in the original form of payment and only to the original purchaser. Refunds cannot be issued to anyone other than the original purchaser.

You, the purchaser have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of our products and receive a full product refund. This applies to unopened products only. A refund of return postage does not apply to items ordered in error by you, the purchaser. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty

Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense.

If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return the products to us for a refund. Please note we cannot refund return postage costs.

For returns we recommend that you get adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post.
